A bowl of rice topped with fried fish and fried vegetables as well as traditional Japanese light sweet soy sauce. It includes one small piece of Sakuraebi (mini shrimps), two shrimps, one piece of today’s fish, various vegetables, and seaweed. It is accompanied by miso soup, fresh salad, and a selection of Japanese pickled vegetables

A bowl of rice topped with one large piece of Sakuraebi (mini shrimps). It is served accompanied by light sweet soy sauce. It is accompanied by miso soup, fresh salad, and a selection of Japanese pickled vegetables

Please eat the tempura piece by dipping it into the sauce, or to the salt. In this way, you will enjoy the most out of the original flavor of the fresh ingredients

You may add smashed radish to the sauce according to your taste, which will offer you a great sense of refreshment

Fresh seasonal salad is served first, and after a selection of sasimi (several pieces of raw fish including tuna and seasonal selection), followed by a selection of tempura pieces (shrimps, fish and vegetables)

After that, Sakuraebi (mini shrimps) is served with one of the three following options: a) Sakuraebi on top of rice, b) Sakuraebi on top of traditional Japanese green-tea porridge, and c) Sakuraebi and rice served separately accompanied by a miso soup. All three options include a selection of Japanese pickled vegetables

The course closes with fresh seasonal fruits as a dessert
